January 2019 in Review and February 2019 Goals

In January, I set goals to have 3000 followers on Twitter, have 600 followers on Instagram, 400 followers on Facebook and have 100 subscribers on YouTube. I also wanted to post at least 2 times a week on my blog.

I didn’t reach all my goals, but I do feel like I had a successful month. I did reach my Twitter and Instagram goals and I posted 3 times a week most weeks in January on my blog. So this month, I want to focus more on Facebook and YouTube as well as continuing to post at least 2 time a week on my blog.

For my personal goals in January, I wanted to get back to working out at least 3 days a week, loose 5 pounds by the end of January, get the kids back into their normal routine and finish cleaning out and organizing the pantry and start organizing the living room. However, do to nearly a month of sickness being passed around (that’s what happens with 4 kids), the only thing I was able to focus on was cleaning the living room some. So I will continue these goals for February with one addition. I will also continue my travel goals that were set in January since I wasn’t able to focus on that much. I do have a February and March travel project I’m working on. More about that will be released on Twitter soon. So my February goals are:

Twitter: Have 3500 followers.
Instagram: Have 700 followers
Facebook: Have 200 followers
YouTube: Have 100 subscribers and put out 2 VLOGs
Post at least 2x a week on the blog.

Personal goals:
Get back to working out at least 3 days a week and take 1 cardio class a week.
Loose 5 pounds by the end of February.
Get the kids back into their normal routine.
Finish cleaning out and organizing the pantry and continue organizing the living room.

Travel goals:
Have an April trip planned out. Not sure where to yet though.
Be thinking about summer break trip and possible early planning on it.

Go, Gina! Do you have a post that shows your strategies on getting the followers? I would like to learn that. Proud of you, you’re working hard and you have lots of goals to focus on, so don’t be too down about not reaching some. You got this!

No I don’t, but perhaps it is something that I can work on. Truthfully, there is no real trick though. I just enjoy helping others and in return I’ve found that a lot of them are more than willing to help me out! However, I will think about my strategies and successes and see if I can make a helpful post about it.
